Can anyone tell me why I don't see the nvidia control panel that is supposed to accompany the 177.98 drivers? The overclock sliders, additional settings, etc?

install nvidia system tools 6.02 and when it is installed, go to view and select advanced. then the overclocking options should be under performance and device settings.

The overclocking stuff isn't include in the drivers. You must get nTune I think.

nTune is an older version and does not include as much hardware support. nVidia System Tools provides more overclocking functionality.

I appreciate the input...thx. One more question... Is there a way to adjust digital vibrance, contrast, and gamma settings for better visuals in-game? For instance, COD4's color/contrast is a little flat(at least on my screen). There's no adjustments for these settings in-game(unlike Crysis). Does nvidia have an app to accomplish this?

Nice Pic Livesoft... But those sliders adjust settings for your desktop only. They dont effect in-game visuals... Or am I wrong?
