I tried this driver. It sucked.

I played BF3 with this driver, and see my FPS dropped. Game does not run smooth. Unfortunately, the best driver for the 680m on Sager, is still the stock driver.

Hi, do anyone here plays WoW at a NP9150 with 680M?

My game is stuttering badly, especially in MoP raids, and I see the VGA underutilizing all the time with 306.97 WHQL, anyone knows what's the best driver for WoW?

    Thanks!

If you are playing BF3, I will advise against using 306.97 also. Game was laggy, and got random crash.

I haven't come across any articles or hotfixes/patches, especially known ones for BF3 specifically. Have you tried reapplying the driver? Where did you download it from?
