The title of the thread says it all. I deleted my old 306.97 drivers (using control panel / reboot / driver sweeper / reboot / install) and the 310.33 installer didn't recognize my graphics card. Now, my 306.97 drivers don't recognize my card either. I redownloaded both drivers but it still isn't working. Any advice?

Uninstall eveything. Do exactly what you did. But install a newer driver from LaptopVideo2Go.

    Should fix it

According to my device manager my 670M is not even listed. Nvidia can't seem to find any graphics card. Do I need to reinstall OS?

I ended up having to reinstall the OS. For some reason after using Driver Sweeper my computer no longer recognized I even had an Nvidia card present. That has never happened to me before.

before a os reinstall try loading them again but make sure the box that says clean install is ticked.

keep rolling back the driver till you find one that recognizes the card, then update on top (using nvidia's clean install option). this happened to me running W7 x64 and that's how i resolved it iirc.
