I upgraded to this driver today (from an old set, 310.something) and it boosted the graphics score of 3D Mark's Ice Storm Extreme benchmark by over 20000 points up to 64896, which was impressive. Unfortunately I didn't have any scores from the other two benchmarks from the previous driver so I can't give a good comparison, but they definitely run faster now.

Pretty sure that's only for GTX770 and 780 (desktop) in SLi.

I didn't test them in any benchmarks but overall the gaming experience in Guild Wars 2 seems to be horrible compared to former 331.65 (or was it .61?!). Lots of hiccups and freezes, with same graphical settings. Unfortunately shadow play still doesn't work on mobile cards.

Yeah I was gobsmacked myself when I saw it. I guess I shows I should update my drivers more often! I'm still running the x7200 I got from kobalt with A pair of 460m's in SLI, I'm amazed at how well it's held up after almost 3 years. I am getting a p170sm with 780m soon though, hopefully I'll be able to get the order in this week. Looking forward to having a bit more managable size and weight than the x7200 haha.

nice one. sure was a great laptop back in the day.
my m860tu is over 6 years old now and still going strong but wanted some more power so as soon as mysn started buisines in the uk i ordered a P150 in my sig below. still a powerhouse but a year old now and everyone else with 4th gen is beating my scores :(

Yeah, Haswell & 700 series GPUs seem to have quite the performance advantage over Ivy Bridge & 600 series, more than I would have expected in a year. With the power/cost ratio of the 4th gen it really does seem like an ideal time for me to upgrade, especially as I can hopefully get a reasonable amount for my x7200 if I can sell it before it becomes truly outdated and not worth selling.

Edit: Woot! One P170SM ordered with 16gb RAM, i7 4700MQ, GTX 780m and a boat load of storage!
