Does anyone else have idle clock bugs with this driver? Mine are stuck at 3D clocks even at desktop when doing nothing at all, I also rebootet twice to make sure nothing is running in the background. Tried a clean install.
Well I reverted back to 306.02, and the clock issue was gone. Perfect 135 Mhz at desktop. -
I don't have this issue with my Hm
-
Does this driver perform better for you guys? If yes, in which games and compared to which previous driver?
-
Ouch !!! I just installed the driver since 30 min. Update from 306.23. But don't hope performance increase, because in the release note, they just talk about "new support of the gtx650ti" and "new 3D vision and sli profile". So you can maybe forgot this version.

I have just installed these from LaptopVideo2go using their modded .inf because the usual modding method I have always used for Nvcv.inf wouldn't work this time.
After my modification it would crash after you clicked on 'accept', strange since it detected the card fine after the mod and was about to begin setup as normal.
I will test a few games tomorrow and report back if I notice any improvements with anything. -
Maybe you do something wrong because with my modded .inf https://hotfile.com/dl/175633171/c341871/nvcv.inf.html i haven't got issue installing the driver

Tonrac could you add my Hardware ID as well?
It's
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_11A0&SUBSYS_72001558
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_11A0&CC_030000
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_11A0&CC_0300
I think you only need the first line, thats what I used anyway. -

Feel like this driver is working much better for Battlefield 3 compared to 306.02/306.23, no more sudden slow downs/crashes.
-
Thanks for your idea -
Great ... sorry to not having time to tune the .inf for you ... long working day

Here i see the same stuttering in dx11 games like batman AC or just cause 2. Back to 302.77 and the stuttering is gone. I can also see this in 3dmark11. ater all this driver updates still the same issue. Using a 680m btw. Has anyone notice this? the issue is gone by using 302.77 driver. My system came with 304 so at first i didnt think this was a issue. I read somewhere a user complaining about this and whent to 302.77 and the stuttering was gone.
-
just cause 2 is super smooth for me on 306.97, and it was always smooth since i got the laptop, only problems i had was the the beta driver where i was getting more screen tearing and a worse than usual 3d mark 11 score but games were still very smooth, newest update also got my windows index score to 7.6 from 7.1
-
My 3dmark 11 scores went up with the new driver. I went from scoring around 7500 (overclocked and overvolted) to 8163 with the same clocks and voltage.
very happy

Well mine index score also whent up to 7.8 from 7.1. But i can see the stuttering for example in just cause concrete jungle bench. in places where in 302.77 i dont see it. it makes the game worse but at the same time gives better fps. Like 3dmark11, you can see the stutter(like it gives a litle hiccup in some pelaces) but the score goes up. Strange right? every single driver after 302.77 has the this issue. If someone whants to test going back to 302.77 and see if he also sees some games are more smooth with those plesase post your findings
