Nvidia new bundle for purcahsing Sager with GTX 970M/980M

Do we qualify for the bundle when we made the purchase about 2 weeks ago? Anyone know? The laptop comes with the new GTX 970M.

 

The order has to be placed within the promotional period to qualify. I would contact your reseller to get their specific procedure to do so, but typically if you've already shipped out then it's not something that can be applied.

Will XoticPC be offering the free game with purchase or no?

 

We will be but want to confirm how many codes we'll be getting so we can divide them up between our desktop and notebook offerings. No doubt they'll go fast and we sell a lot of machines, so we don't want to leave our desktop customers left out.

No news here (yet) as to whether we'll offer the bundle or not.

 

I recently purchased a system from you guys, Derek, and I have been told you never offered the Pick Your Path on Laptops at all (even though I'm certain that you advertised this while I made my order) -- currently you only offer the deal on Desktops. Can you confirm I'm not crazy, and you did, indeed, offer the deal for the 970M and 980M (I purchased the latter). Thanks!

 

We still plan on doing so as soon as we get more codes. For now though we don't have them. If we used our current allotted codes they'd be gone in a day if we offered them on laptops. Being one of the highest volume outfits we build a lot of machines. We were allotted these codes specifically for our desktops and that's what we have to use them on for the time being. Once we get more we'd be more than happy to offer on laptop offerings.

I can't link directly to our site but this is what we list on that landing page for the promotion. It originally did say the 900m series as well but that was removed within an hour when we found out more details ourselves on that promotion and what we'd be able to offer it on. But as it says below, the promotion is listed on the configuration page of every model that qualifies for it and there are no laptops as offering it.

Thank you for the response, Derek! I understand the constraints you folks are under, but it sure is frustrating that you apparently weren't given enough codes to keep up; especially with so many other sellers out there still currently offering the deal regardless of platform type. That said, I'm still very pleased with my purchase experience so far, and look very much forward to receiving my new system when completed.
