I've seen some users with the Monteniva CPUs being able to OC a good amount. Yet I've also heard for some odd reasons one can not OC the Monteniva CPUs...so how do you guys do it?

Here's the deal. Montevina is not offcially supported by SetFSB, but, the RTM87-660 the clock generator will allow you to attempt to overclock your CPU. The most you can hope for is about 2MHz, and it's not guaranteed to work for every Montevina processor. It would OC my P8600 to ~2.58MHz, but my T9800 downclocks to 2.8 and hard locks my comp.

You'll be much better off overclocking the 280M.

o...I see, are there any other CPU OC programs that may support Montevina CPUs?
