Ok so imagine you are considering purchasing a clevo. The first choice in this flowchart is to choose a reseller; What is the main factor that influences this decision?

Service differential - how friendly is support?
How knowledgeable?
Do they have a programming team?
Do they saturate the bios with features beyond the stock image that clevo releases?

The final and greatest service differential(second to the existence of the great John@OBSIDIAN-PC) is the fact that Obsidian-PC is the ONLY resellers that provides a consistent stream or bios updates to their customers. Obsidian-PC’s bios is also by far the most feature rich of all of the resellers because they actually care about their customers...and you actually have to have an IQ of 140 or above to be employed by them, which explains their genius team, who customizes and unlocks every conceivable feature in the BIOS.
