    Hey,

Has anyone handled with BTO before? They are resellet of clevo laptops in the Netherlands.

I'm wondering how their service/warranty is?

    Regards,
    Thomas

I had a quick search in the reseller feedback forum but could not find anything, this is primarily and English speaking forum however so that does not mean anything perhaps.

BTO is a old resseler in Benelux region. Better is if you ask directly by source - BTO.

He's suggesting that you get in contact with BTO directly to see what they are like as a company, but it's not right for us company representatives on nbr to comment on what another company's warranty support might be like.

Honestly, with the existence of the EEA/ single market, I don't see why you would have to buy from a Dutch shop. I live in Belgium, and quite frankly, I haven't bought a single thing with exception of groceries and everyday essentials from the local shops (and I've been here for 2 years already lol).

The better question is which shop within the EEA has good price/service/warranty. mySN/ XMG definitely is among the top of that list.
