Hey guys, I wasn't really sure where to put this but I figured you guys are the experts at NBR so here I am!

Ok, so I just built a desktop pc for various reasons (yes it's for gaming :D) and as you can imagine, my financial forecast has been...altered. I am looking to get a laptop now as I'm traveling quite a bit and I need a pc. I was considering a laptop a few months ago, did some research and settled on a Sager 5760 which I almost bought. Now, I don't have the money to buy a new laptop, so I decided to try to buy a used Clevo/Sager. I really was sold on the brand, especially in this forum.

This is where you guys can help. I'm looking for an old model, maybe 1-1.5-2 years old. I would rather not go for anything over 17". As I said, I did my research before so I know the basics of each model. It seems I should stay away from the Pentium 4s due to the killer heat. So, in hindsight, is there any model that stands out as being a great pickup as a used laptop? What would you recommend knowing what you know about the models now? Thanks guys, I appreciate your help.

Gophn will be with you momentarly.. he never amost never ever sleeps. heh..

actually I suspect there will be a few handme downs avalable as soon as the newer laptops actually come out in full force.

I bet someone is looking to rid themself of the old as a down payment on the new..
