I priced pretty much the same build on just about every Clevo/Sager reseller listed in the guide and Powernotebooks.com had the lowest price. They also were great in answering all the questions I had before I placed the order. So low price and great service gave powernotebooks.com the edge in where I placed my order. I dealt with Ron from powernotebooks. One of the questions I had is why they only were listing the 64 bit edition of Windows Vista on their site. He actually called up Sager while I was on the phone to get a firm answer for me. The reason is the Sager just doesn't have the 32 bit in stock at this time and won't ship it until they get it instock and test installation on their machines. So that is the reason you guys see the no OS option in my machine. I have an extra copy of XP Pro here at the house from an old machine that has been wiped clean, so I will just use that and possibly grab a copy of vista to try out at a later date.
Now all that being said, I plan to take this machine to Iraq with me next month. Any suggestions as to accessories or software or anything really that would complete my setup are greatly appreciated. I already have an external 250 GB HDD and a Razer Copperhead mouse that I plan on taking. I will be using the machine for gaming, music, movies, and everything else. Its pretty much gonna be my sole means of entertainment for the next year or so.
Also I just want to say thanks to all the folks on these boards and the folks who have written all the reviews on this site. Both were extremely helpful in my search for this machine. So thanks.

Thanks guys, I should get it on Friday. I opted for the 2 day air. They said it should ship on Wednesday, so it will hopefully get here before the weekend. I will install some windows on it and let you guys know how she does. Thanks again.

That looks like a great rig! I'm a new 5760 owner too.
For my setup, I used the driver CD that comes with it for everything except the Intel PRO/Wireless and the video drivers. For the wireless, I'm using the current from Intel site and installed drivers only (not the PRO/Set utilities), and the video drivers are the LaptopVideo2Go 91.63.
You'll also like the built-in webcam. My wife and I were just re-watching "Off to War" on Discovery Times about a Arkansas NG unit, and those guys were using notebook webcams that looked like they got beat up pretty bad. Being built-in should help a lot!
Take care and be safe in the sandbox. You are appreciated.
