Hi guys got the prema mod for the bios but not been able to get a decent overclock without the temps going crazy i use a cooling stand and on demanding games like the Witcher 3 and division i get about 75 to 80oc temps runniing on high. been messing around trying to get the best output on this bu cant seem to mod much as it just over heats anyone done this successfully ? and can recommend i done this great with my CPU but I did some undervolting but cant seem to do this on the GPUs. thanks in advance

It would help if you shared what system you are running them on :)

Both of those games are going to give you high temps.

Maxwell can't be undervolted without going unstable. Maybe @Prema would be willing to take a donation to make you a custom vbios for your system that is undervolted but obviously if you undervolt them, the ability to overclock them goes out the window without using Inspector profiles for games that you want overclocked.

Make sure you're using max fans (FN+1) when overclocking - default fan behavior on most machines doesn't kick the fans up on Maxwell until 89C which is obnoxious and the EC never puts the auto fans on max anyway to keep the acoustics down so you're never getting your maximum cooling potential with auto fans.

75 C - 80 C on an overclock on those two games is... actually not bad at all. I would expect those temps with those games without any OC - but as Meaker said, we're not sure of which model laptop you're running or what specs you have.
