    hey all im having a bit of trouble with my usb on the p177sm with usb 2 external HDD ive killed one drive already plugin and unpluging it trying to get it to connect
    the drives work fine on other laptops with usb 2 and the usb 3 works fine on my p177sm with other devices ( i did have a usb 3 stick lock up my system and overheat a bit just now ) any ideas guys

    What drive is it, how do you know you "killed it," and what exactly was going (was it not detected, were you receiving any tray notifications, etc.)?

    The details will help us a ton. :)
