    P150EM Fan Questions

    I understand that the CPU and GPU fans are different for the P150EM. Does the GPU fan move more air per second then the other?

    On my P150EM, when I use the Fn+1 for max fans, the CPU fan moves more air then the GPU. I thought it was supposed to be the other way around.

    lucky you as this feature on the 150EM was removed from almost every other reseller.
    it was on the HM, not the EM and is back on the SM
    you either bought from sager or have a modded bios.

    I don't think anyone measures the air pressure from the fan(s) in seconds; we usually refer to RPM rating of the fan. As far as I recall, they are the same RPM, although one fan is slightly bigger than the other.

    That's a bit strange then. The CPU fan is clearly a bit louder then the GPU fan.

    the cpu fan maxes out at 4100rpms give or take
    due to the slightly bigger gpu fan, it maxes out at 3100rpm

    you can check for yourself using hwinfo

    I have hwinfo, but I do not see where fan speeds are listed.

    Update, nevermind. I found it.
