HawkForce LUNA P150EM - Keyboard Test - YouTube
I know this is pretty pointless but it's a great preview![]()

Oh, so nice
How I wish I had this keyboard in my P150HM =(
Isn't even possible to change it, right?
It would be so nice... -
Oooh, very nice! Seems to be good quality lighting.
-
I cant waittt...to purchase one! =]
-
Looks good.
-
It is impossible to install one of these keyboards into the P150HM, even if you are super handy with a dremel and some modding skills, because the KBC/EC Firmware won't recognize it. Bummer.
-
That's a very nice find!! + rep
-
I bet you could solder the backlighting into an always on position using the 5V line on a USB port.. That's assuming the new keyboard itself has the same connection to the mobo. Which with the additional customization, it undoubtably won't lol..
-
Just release the damm laptop.. I had my money for 2 months on my bank account!
-
wow copied MSI much? The exact same keyboard and lights as GT780R use
-
MSI uses the same chinese/taiwanese keyboards as Clevo, you mean.
-
MSI was the first one out with the Steelseries keyboard last year. And now it seems that Clevo have copied the exact same with the same lights
-
In the end no one cares who had what first. That's the way it is..
-
True words. I just thought I should point it out
-
Ha ha, so true. Apple wouldn't be where it is now if that were the case.
-
Or had that dark spot known as the late 90s

Is it a steel series one or have they just sneakily copied its design?
-
I will show everyone how to install one of these BL keyboards on a P170HM and P150HM...
Stay tuned

April's Fools?
If not, that's good news -
-
Clevo did not copy the keyboard from anyone. They simply use the same supplier.
-
Like hizzaah said - it's probably not the same connection, likely a secondary connection for the backlight on top of the regular ribbon cable.
Also - what's with the windows key being on the right side? -

LOL!! They all come from the same supplier, MSI, Gigabyte, Clevo and many others use the same contract house...so yes they will be the same. -
Something MSI has had implemented for some time now, a clever gaming move, always annoying having the windows key on the left side especially if you accidentally hit it

That specific layout is just one fancy way of avoiding the Windows key. Some desktop gaming keyboards have a hardware toggle between normal and gaming modes where it disables that key and a few others to minimize interference.
