I'm looking to purchase a travel DC-DC charger for my incoming P150EM.

Could an owner/reseller clarify the exact spec for the power plug which plugs into the socket on the laptop.

Dimensions, shape, type, matches any other make/models etc would be great.

    Bump....

I'd be interested in getting something along these lines as well. I have a 150w power outlet in my jeep but the 180w PSU for the np9150 will overload it if maxed out, not that i would do that much gaming in my jeep. I'd rather get a reduced dc/ac travel PSU that isn't the size of a freaken BRICK!

This way I can leave the brick on the floor and have a traveling PSU to leave in my bag.

It would be best to buy these directly from the reseller themselves. 3rd party adapters can brick your machine easily.

Sorry I don't agree. A straight DC-DC voltage converter charger will be fine. I just need to know what sort of connector I need.

I have 2x 120AH house batteries in my camper which will keep me up and running for days. A DC-DC charger will be much more efficient than using an inverter and going DC-AC-DC.

Same here. There are plenty of aftermarket options for PSUs especially travel ones. The mark up is a little high from the resellers for these. I'd rather just get the make and model and buy it off amazon.

APA05US is one of the very few 180w ac/dc universal adapters, but I don't see any dc/dc option for it.

I don't think there are many options beyond 120w for dc/dc.

cig & airplane adapter ports aren't normally rated above 120w, so you wouldn't expect to find them

Maybe you can get away with something below 180w if you avoid gaming, but that seems brave to me. You first!
