I have had no problems doing the swap, but the 1103 uses all 3 wires and the 6235 only uses 2. Which 2 should I use with the 6235? They are numbered 1,2,3.

Might take some playing around with but I thought the cable and the card had labeling for that. If not I don't think it matters, but I would say use 1 and 2.

It doesn't matter. The cables are all the same. They're essentially an insulated coaxial wire with a U.FL connector on one end an an Aerial on the other.

Last time I heard they had one red and two black. I just recommended to use the two blacks as that seemed logical to me being the ones running to the opposite sides of the monitor bezel, but as it's been said shouldn't matter too much. If you find yourself getting lower reception than you should, just connect the other one instead of the one you had connected.

Thanks for the input guys. I switched because I need bluetooth. I ended up using cables 1 and 2 and the signal level looks fine. However the speeds are about 1/3 of what they were with the 1103 when copying large files over the LAN at about 50 ft. distance through 2 walls. Maybe the Killer cards are better in certain conditions.

Hopefully I can find it for you, but I think you're right in that the cards are optimized for different activities. -

It will depend on the router, the humidity levels, other electronic devices as to what speeds you will actually get so give it some time maybe just to check.
You can always look into the 1202 though if you want to go back to a killer-n and want bluetooth.
