    Hey gang,

So long story short, I am a novice at updating drivers and I could use some assistance fixing a possible mistake of mine.

I used the AMD Mobility Driver Verification tool to download and install the latest Catalyst driver (12.4). I believe I was at 11 something before this update.

When I play games my FPS is TERRIBLE. Like, single-digits terrible. This happens in several/all games.
I'm thinking I did something wrong during the installation process.

    Questions:

    1. What did I do wrong? Should I not use the AMD Mobility Driver Verification tool to update/install drivers on my P150HM?

    2. How do I fix this situation? I do not know how to "roll back" to previous driver, nor do I understand the correct installation process.

    Thanks for the help!
    T

I wouldn't really recommend an automatic driver detector/installation, it will never go down well with the machines. Always go to device properties>update driver>browse, done. Or unless of course there is an exe available. Pretty much does the same thing.
