    Can you hear windows boot?

Have you tried an external monitor?

It doesn't boot, else i would be able to hear a windows 7 sound. It started stupidly when i wanted to Rate my PC in windows system page and them i get a white screen nothing happened. After 5 minutes it was still white. The system didn't want to close or stop the application. Now it doesn't want to boot probly because something affected Bios. Its my speculation.

Is there anything on-screen at all? Does the screen backlight come on?

I had to fix a pinched/stretched/loose monitor cable on mine when I first got it. It wouldn't work from the get-go. I had to half-remove the screen and readjust the cable.

This does not sound like it applies to your case though, as yours was working before it ran into some kind of other problem.

Sager doesn't provide flash utilities for their BIOS, so you'll need to contact their support team to get your comp repaired.

sounds like something has worked lose in transit especially as you only received it today.
    things to try:
unplug from mains and remove battery. now press and hold power button for 15 seconds to discharge any power.
unscrew base plate and just wiggle things about. check ram is fully seated properly as well as hard drive. check the large ribbon cable to the screen.
now put back together and try battery first and then plug in mains and try that.

defo sounds like you need to contact malibal support but i guess they will see this post and advise further on here.

hope you get it sorted soon and it turns out to be something simple.

That's what it sounds like to me as well. Most likely RAM came loose during shipping. Please contact us directly for support if you're unable to troubleshoot it yourself.

Im at home now ill try what MrDJ said. I dont think the problem came from the shipment because everything worked fine until i decided to click on "Rate my PC" in system performance page of Windows 7. It actually worked great before that.

thats a strange one if it worked ok for a while.
tbh the windows score is a total waste of time but i must admit we all do it.

if it actually boots up then might be worth F8 into safe mode and see if that works. then try a system restore to the day before.
there have also been some dodgy windows updates reported lately so it could be one of those so a system restore might help.
note down everything you try and report it to malibal support.
