When am in auto-mode, CPU and GPU fan work like a charm. When i try FN + 1 on, they start to sweep. But not extremely fast, they sweep like it was a Square wave with a Duty cycle around 95%. Both dont sweep at the same rate so i hear 2 "turn on-off" fans, which is annoying. Anyone have experienced the same problem?

This is normal. It's commonly referred to as fan "pulsing". It's noticeable at low temps because the EC (embedded controller) is constantly polling fan speeds and temps, while FN + 1 overrides the automatic controls. At high temperatures and loads, you'll barely notice it because the fans will be running at higher speed automatically anyway.

This was more noticeable in older Bios, so you may want to update to the latest if you haven't.

Your right, "Pulsing" is the right term. I used wrong word, i just remember a wave generator when i was at college with a Sweep mode. But the sweep mode actually generate Pulse from a range of frequency for example 0 to 1MHz.

Just to remember as am still at work, Its F2 to enter BIOS to check version or its another key?

Yep, it will list the current version on the first page. The Bios/EC update is only useful if your machine wasn't purchased recently- otherwise it probably already has it installed.
