    I just received my P150SM

It seems like the colors are off on the backlit keyboard... White brings up pink... Green brings up some orangeish color...

Basically a few colors just don't even work. Blue and red work perfectly.

Anyone else had this problem/know a fix?

    Thanks for the reply

I have followed the directions and it seems to be the same.. Also it arrived with a stuck pixel as well tbh. I've emailed xotic about it. How long approx must I wait for a reply?

What will they have me do?

Quickest way is to open an RMA ticket under our "contact" page, that way they have all the info they need. They will reply within 24hrs but usually faster. The stuck pixel is typically not covered, the pixel policy will require 5 total or 1 in the middle. So if it is in the middle they will. You can make a tic-tac-toe board on the screen and if in the middle one then it is.

Is the keyboard not functioning correctly not covered as well? I spent a good amount on this laptop.. so I don't know what it means to not be covered if it arrived this way.. I could understand if it was a few weeks before I reported it.

If the keyboard is showing totally different colours that would be covered.
