    I have a P150SM-A with a 880M GPU.
Have been encountering stuttering issues for very long but kinda ignored since I didn't have time to look at it.
My re seller changed the GPU for a new one a few years back but the problem still existed.
Have been reading around and seems like it may be due to the BIOS.

I'm on the EC V1.03.09 and BIOS V1.03.11. Is there anyway to downgrade my BIOS or will it brick my machine?

Also, is it normal for the CPU to thermal throttle very fast? My CPU is hitting 90+ degrees in a few seconds.
My re seller replaced the thermal paste, heat sink and fan recently but it still thermal throttles.
    I'm running the i7-4900MQ.

    Thanks!

Fast CPU throttling will cause stuttering. Can you map it out using something like XTU to chart the behaviour over time (It graphs it so screenshot the behaviour, use the spanner icon to add graph lines).
