Thank you for your reply. My bios version is

    P15SM-A/SM1-A
    Bios Version 1.05.01
    EC Firmware Revision 1.05.01.

I read your post and some other posts saying the 1.05.01 causes GPU stuttering (gtx 880m). That is why downgrading. Some people say downgrading bricks motherboard. is it true? And should I leave the battery in the laptop while flashing it and only remove the AC power for 30 seconds or should I remove AC power and battery for 30 seconds?

You can downgrade as long as you use the complete flash package.
Battery has to be in the system as well as AC power connected.
Only remove AC Power after the auto-shutdown.

I was able to successfully flash my bios and seems like stuttering is gone but I have 1 small problem. My processor frequency drops to 1.48Ghz after few seconds when windows is loaded. In the starts its 3.2Ghz. It stays there all the time.

Edit: Scratch that. My laptop was in Silent Mode in Clevo Control Center. Changed it to performance and its back to 3.2 Ghz
