The hissing/static is noticeable at the lowest volume settings, and just wondering if its software because it doesn't start till windows boots up. it more noticeable in my headphones at higher volume. the speaker hiss doesn't change much from low to high , it sort of constant but the headphones gets definitely noticed at the medium to high volume level so im wondering if there's any possible problem with the onboard soundcard?
EDIT: it Seems that my GPU usage affects my headphone's Hissing/Static, but not my Main Speaker Hissing/static also the speaker hissing is still on even when the Volume is muted

Sounds like a bad grounding/electrical shielding issue to me. Trying to pinpoint the exact source would be extremely time-consuming. Is it bearable? Sager isn't exactly known for high quality audio so even if you have it repaired under warranty the replacement part may not be up to standard as well.
An external USB DAC is a possible workaround and will give you much higher sound quality than any onboard integrated audio chip. -

well i uninstalled the realtek drivers and the windows installed the Standard Windows speaker drivers and to my suprise the hissing in the headphones went away (except under high gpu loads) and the speakers hissing was almost unnoticeable but however i lost my subwoofers and notice speaker sound quality, since the THX trustudio didnt pick up the compatible audio device and then i realized that it could be the subwoofers that is causing the hissing but idk, felt like i should updated this thread
UPDATE: I opened up the back and actually unscrewed the subwoofer and gave the wires a light tug, and the hiss went down some more i think ( could be a Placebo effect) but the headphones still had the same hissing
