    Hello!

Here's the problem. I have a Clevo computer (Although it's a bit particular, a local company renamed it, I have no idea if they only changed the name or changed some of the hardware, which they sometimes do), with a P151EM1 Chassis.

Both CTRL keys are dead, at the same time.

Now let me tell you: you may not know it, but you love your ctrl keys. Trust me, you really do.
To realize that, I had to see that even when I browse/play, I try to use them 10 seconds. Make it 5 when I code. Speaking of which, that keyboard was actually not good to code or play with to begin with.
So every 5-10 seconds, that's 5 more seconds of right click, copy, right click, paste. Now imagine you're doing some kind of loop in a program, that has to check the entire universe and a few more things in a very stupid, not optimizable function.Imo, your mouse will just die before you can compile >_> (same goes for ctrl a, ctrl z, ctrl y, ctrl + [insert random key here])

Now I'm not interested in throwing away a computer with 8 gigs of ram, a hybrid drive (I put that one myself), an i5 and a 670M, just because two keys decided to die at the same time.

    So, question time.

1 - I found some replacement keyboards on ebay, but they're the same. Are there any other keyboards available for a P151? Like, steelseries stuff?
2 - Is there a site where I could look up keyboards without having to pay 2 brains, 3 balls and a few hearts for the shipping? (European)
3 - Speaking of which ! A nice bonus would be, if I could actually get one with an AZERTY layout. Like, I'm French, and not only the azerty layout is more practical to write in French, but also there's no way for me to remember where the whole moonspeak stuff is ( Like éàçïù€îôä .... etc etc etc whatever). If you can find a dvorak french version, now you'd be some kind of internet god, but W/E lol.

I also read that the P150 keyboards aren't compatible with P151s.

Ideally, I'd need a fancy blacklit steelseries keyboard with a better feel and that's also more practical in the ... physical layout (IDK if that can be said) , with all the colors of the universe on it so my mantis shrimp can enjoy the view, and all of that in AZERTY.

Else, I could stick with a Qwerty, fancy keyboard, blacklit, with a nice feeling

Else I'll just stick to the same cheap keyboard, in QWERTY, bought from china and shipped with some lube to make it less painful to buy a not so good keyboard in a layout that's not mine that I'd pay like a proper desktop keyboard.

    Thanks for eventual answers :)

Nope. :( (At least, there are no other official nor generic compatible keyboards I'm aware of.)

Well, what are you willing to part with? :p You can try other European resellers, even if the laptop didn't come from them, though I don't know what their policy is on shipping spare parts for systems that didn't come from them to begin with.

Eurocom may have an AZERTY keyboard, but it may run you more body parts than you care to part with.

What do you need exactly for P151EM1?
