    So i just bought the p151HM1. I have 12 gigs ram. Obviously the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560M 1.5GB GDDR5 and the Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM.
The laptop i upgraded from this was a quad core 2Ghz with a crappy videocard that could not play witcher 2 on the lowest graphics possible at 10 frames per second.

I Did not buy this computer for gaming primarily, i bought this for 3D modeling First and Gaming second. I just ran mudbox with the model i was sculpting on my old laptop. There is Almost no difference in the performance increase. When i start doing detailed sculpting it lags like crazy.... Im so confused. I go From a 200$ laptop to a 1200$ laptop with just a very small performance increase for 3d modeling?

Any tips for making this run smoother. The worst is when i try and rotate my model or run viewport filters. Running viewport filters make sculpting completely unusable. Is the difference between a Workstation videocard that substantial?

Did you install the newest drivers for that card? The newest revision is 285.62. Does your program take advantage of hardware acceleration or is it running from the CPU? I'd run some synthetic benchmarks like 3DMark to make sure that your GPU is performing as it should. That will narrow it down to either the card/drivers or your software.

    I ran 3dmark11 my score was P2222
After i installed the new drivers 285.62 my score was i thnk P560 or something very close to that.
When i tried to play skyrim the first time without those drivers it auto set to ultra. after installing the new drivers it autoset to High.

    Any ideas?
