So I got my laptop like 3 hours ago and everything is good! just one green pixel( i think stuck pixel)? but can't even see it except in black screen.

So my question is how should i keep charging my battery? I read somewhere in NBR that you should keep charging in increments of 20%~30%? and read that DONT let the laptop go dead and charge fully? can someone explain what the best way to keep the battery life at its best?

Yep, like acroedd said. Leave it in there and just enjoy the laptop! Don't worry about these little things, use the battery like it's mean to be used, by leaving it in there.
