I'm just browsing the internet and I can hear the fan turn off and on occasionally is that normal? Also I used HWinfo to check the temps I'm getting 48 C right now. Also is that the temp I should be looking at the one that says CPU or right under that it says Temp2?

Mine does the same, the fans turn on above 50 C.
    Seems normal to me :)

Your temps are good and that's just a normal way for the fan to operate. It sounds like everything is working as expected.
