    I spent some time updating my drivers for the sager NP9170 (P170EM)

    DO NOT update drivers unless you are comfortable in the device manager, rolling back drivers, failed boots, etc
    Stick to factory drivers if you have no problems or do not wish to test these possibilities!!!



    NOTE - I do not use system standby or hibernate **THEY ARE DISABLED**

    i cannot confirm for you windows 8 or 10 or any 32bit variant

    Chipset SMBUS does not update no matter which version

    USB 3.0
    *caution* driver setup will fail
    but you can update them each seperately without failure

    Drivers such as intel wlan, killer wifi, camera, etc can be posted here if you feel it was safe and stable.
