Every time I try to click the hotkey app in my system tray, it gives me a .net framework error, and it will let me configure everything anyway, except for the backlit keyboard and the brightness. As of now, I have no way to change these two things. I have tried reinstalling hotkey, .net framework, and running virus scans to no avail. Has anyone had this happen?
Here is a shot of the error:

What is your laptop configuration?
What have you done to your laptop so far, aside from what you have stated.
How long have you had your system? You may need to reload your hotkey app as an administrator.
How did you install .NET initially and what version are you running?
It seems that it may have a possible corrupted registry in Windows. try reloading .NET from THIS website if you haven't already tried the website I have linked. -
for backlit keyboard what happens when you click Fn + top middle button on your number pad (above key 8)
i dont have an error when i try to activate it to configure the lights but i have to ctrl alt del to close the program as there is no X like it shows in user manual. mysn has sent me the stand alone driver but it continuously crashes with errors while trying to load the latest driver.
