    Has anyone added an aftermarket internal blue ray burner to the P170HM? I have been able to find a few different brands of 6x burners, but wondered which ones might be compatible. Any advice would be appreciated!

    Many have used the one in the link below. All you need to do is attach your current bezel to this one and your all good! :)

    Pretty much any standard 12.7mm slimline SATA drive will be compatible. The only issue might be that not all will let you add the bezel from the old drive. So at worst, you may have a drive that doesn't match.

    UJ-240 is the way to go. You can find HP branded ones cheaper from time to time but it works like a charm.
