Hi All,
I have a Malibal Satori P170HM.
I am facing many issues in USB 3.0.
- Sometimes the drives don't get recognized.
- If I add two hard disks on both ports, the first one disappears and then again reappears.
- The transfers speed seems to be fast in the beginning but slows down to 30MB/s over time.
I have installed driver version: 2.1.19.0
In firmware version it shows: 4015 which is different from what I read in one of the threads (I have not updated the firware)
Please let me know if I need to update the firmware.
Please help
Regards,
Amit Anand

It may sound strange but with USB drivers I always found it best to just let windows find the drivers. I have a usb 3.0 car in my desktop and the drivers that came with it were flaky but when I let windows find them it worked just fine.

Just an update. I tried to update the firmware with firmware_3.0.2.8.0.8( Station-Drivers: le site de drivers, bios, firmwares avec un forum d'aide) but it failed with error: "Not found the target device", as expected.
coz in the host controller utility it is showing: 4015.
Can someone guide me what should I do!!!
Rgds,

^ Those are for desktop USB3 controllers. The version 2.0 are the only ones that work on notebooks.
