When I called Sager they said they don't sell parts directly to customers. When I called clevo they gave me a number to call and it ended up being Prostar. Prostar was very cool and helpful but the gist was that they don't sell motherboards to anyone and they're not even allowed to repair my computer since I didn't buy it from them.

I know I can go to the original seller but they won't send out the motherboard alone and I know them replacing it will be more expensive than doing it myself.

Just wondering if there is any place to buy the board alone as a standalone part.

I dont know of any place that will sell motherboards individually as you're finding out. You'll have to keep an eye on Ebay for someone to post one but it could be a long wait.
