So, I (and probably others too) would like to know more about cleanup process...
It would be nice to hear the How's, Do's and Don't's from the owners with experience and knowledge.
Do I just unscrew the screws and take vacuum cleaner to suck all the dust from fans?
I want to keep my laptop in healthy condition, what means no extra heat and noise.

You could use compressed air ( link) to get trapped dust out (the air cans usually have a thin nozzle to get dust out of tight spots).
-
So it is enough of such thing to use to clean?

Never use a vacuum cleaner as that can cause static electricity which will damage components. A can of compuressed air is usually all you need.
The Link MrDJ provided is great too, however the pics show the can of compressed air pointing in. Always blow out or else you're just moving the dust around inside the computer. -
Thanks for valuable information guys!

If you're going to disassemble the laptop and expose the board for cleaning and doing a repaste, a can of compressed air is good for those small fans. I still recommend using a lint free cloth on the fan blades though, as anything that is caked on may not be removed (or could be blown directly onto the component) via using the compressed air.
