The P370SM is the "regular" edition and it comes with a single GPU (in our case, offered with a Radeon 8970) and 8GB RAM, along with standard accessories like a standard optical drive and wireless card. The P372SM-S is a souped-up special edition that comes with dual GeForce 780m GPUs, 16GB RAM, a blu-ray reader, a better graphics card (Intel ac7260 in our case) and a 120Hz 3d gaming screen.

They're the same chassis and same motherboard. The P372SM-S will save you over $100 compared to the P370SM (when both are configured the same).
