The reason why those people cannot send the vBios is simply because the vBios in question is not their property. Without consent people are not willing to send because it doesn't belong to them. People have send vBioses from Prema in the past and it ended up being misused and caused prema to shutdown his free to download service. People are afraid that Eurocom will do the same once suddenly their work gets send around and taken credit for as well. -
Nvidia, Clevo, MSI and a hundred other AIB vendors seem to not mind about dumps of their vbioses being freely available, hosted in Techpowerup's vbios repository for example.

Eurocom may possibly sell but my guess is no as they didn't supply the card.
This is not personal and if you knew the history it would make perfect sense.
Would Tech inferno be a better place for this request?
