I was happy to receive my new laptop yesterday.
When i got it, i switch the boot option to enable UEFI mode and also CSM.
I installed Window 7 and everything went well.
I installed most drivers and tried to activate my OS. It failed and requested me to reboot.
I did it and then cannot boot the system again. All the situation stayed at black screen.
the screen and keyboard backlit was on, and keyboard was still working.
But i pressed F2 or F12 it did not work for BIOS or boot option.
Some people suggest me to remove the CMOS for default the BIOS.
I find the CMOS attach under the keyboard, i am not sure i can remove the keyboard and access to it..
Anyone have idea? or request RMA from Prostar? I have sent a technical support for help, but it doesn't come answer yet..
What should i do?

I find Window 7 is not very compatible with UEFI, i should notice about that early..

Can you boot into safe mode (F8) to see if its a software issue.

From the power up, it stays at black screen, no logo. -
You can remove the keyboard fairly easily. There are specific screws that need to be taken off and then you just press a screwdriver through the marked hole to pop it out of place.
If your screen is coming up black when you turn it on (no BIOS post) then your Windows 7 install might have affected the booting of the system (same thing happened to me). I think I eventually fixed it by removing the drive and formatting it on another machine. -
you mean the hard disk i install the OS? Actually i installed Windows 7 on my Samsung SM951 SSD. -
This also happened to me when I ordered this system. The only problem I had was that the display connection was loose and was not properly displaying. Just unclip the inside bezel of the display and unscrew the four screws. After that take out the connector and reconnect it. Re-screw the display onto the mounts but be careful not to tighten them too much. Then put the plastic bezel back on.

Try to remove the system battery first... Hold down the power button to discharge anything that is left... Put battery back in, power on and immediately hold down F2 and see if that gets you in BIOS. EFI and Windows 7 did the same thing to me with my P377SM-A and that allowed me to get into the BIOS, disable EFI, and then I was able to install in legacy

Hmmm. Yes I had the same problem, the backlight would work but nothing would be displayed on the screen after pressing the power button. I just find it strange that this would happen after installing Windows. If reconnecting the screen doesn't work, do what all the others have said. Disconnect the battery, hold down the power button, and remove and re-insert the CMOS battery. I'm still putting my bet on your problem being the screen though. It took me a few good tries to get the screen displaying properly. Try leaving the screen exposed and see if it ever flashes with the startup screen and stuff.

And also the CMOS under the keyboard is difficult for me a newbie to access it.
Customer service suggest me try do connect a external monitor, but unfortunately i don't have one.
So i will see what any further idea he suggest or i will request a RMA.
What a pity with this such beautiful laptop..
And thanks again for your input. -

Do you have a TV with HDMI in that you could try since you don't have a monitor?

Just take one RAM out, that will also reset the CMOS/NRAM...
