Good day all,
I bricked my Eurocom M5 Pro (650se) that had an unlocked bios on it by trying to put the original bios back on. I had a gent on the forums that was going to guide me through the process or flashing it using a CH341a programmer but it seems he is no longer a member of the forums.
Is there anyone here that can give me any guidance? I have the programmer and clip, now I just need the expertise![]()

You need a full copy of the BIOS (most files are just updates) to be able to fully rewrite it.

How do I know if it's a full copy or just an update?
Wonder if getting a preprogrammed bios and physically replacing it would be better.
I do have a friend that is huge into electronics and has a pretty nice (according to him) soldering station. -
Ha! I have the exact same programmer and brought my gpu back to life from a faulty vbios flash brick just yesterday, was also my first time

You're a Pro. I had to use it 10 or more times to taste my first success.jaybee83 likes this.

Ideally if you could get someone with a tool to do a full dump you would have a full file.

admittedly, ive had to reconnect the cable to the EEPROM chip several times until i was finally able to properly read and write from/to it. aaaaand i was instructed on the HowTos by a real Pro haha. I'm barely starting on my programmer journey

I ended up with a nice set of parts, the only thing I had to contend with was the first hex value being set to 00.

Usually you are shorting the connector the wrong way round or similar.
