I have a P653RE and after I installed windows 10 on it, it won't recognize the second HDD. I have an m.2 SSD which is where I installed the OS and an 2.5'' HDD. And I can't verify on BIOS since I don't know how to get there in this computer (I know, shame)

You might just need to initialize the disk in Disk management or just assign a drive letter, you can access the bios by tapping F2 when you turn it on to see if it shows up there,

I tried that. It does not list the HDD.

Was it showing in the bios prior to the Windows install?

If it is not showing in the Bios, that could mean issues with the drive, have you tested the drive externally to make sure it tests ok?

I do have an external enclosure. But not with me right now since I'm not near my home. And I also don't have any screwdrivers to open up the laptop (since you need to unscrew the whole back to get to the HDD).

If it's not listed in the BIOS then the OS will not have had any impact. It's either loose or a broken drive/slot.
