    P6XXRS NVMe/SATA bandwidth question

    I know the P6XXRS (and I assume the HS as well) has a single PCI-E x4 port for NVMe along with a second M.2 slot for standard SATA drives. My question is do the two share bandwidth, so if you have a drive in the auxiliary SATA port, will it impact the speed of the primary NVMe slot?

    I'm not 100% sure, but I think it actually disables the second slot...

    @Meaker@Sager would know.

    Actually if it does that, what about two SATA drives no pcie?

    I have a pair of SanDisk X400 M.2 SATA drives right now. They work perfectly.

    Ok that parts good to hear. Idek know why the slot would even be there if that wasn't the case though lol.

    Yes, check our configurator to see valid configurations, the hardware switch used either gives 4x PCI-E or 2x SATA.
