I am trying to solve this problems almost 2 weeks. I couldnt so last chance i am asking to you guys.
    I love this machine.
    Specs:
    -Cpu: 6700k Delided
-Gpu: GTX 980M 8Gb CL Ultra with premamod vbios v2
    -Ram: 8x2 2400Mhz
    -Psu: 230W
    -Bios: Premamod (thanks god)
When Gpu load is %99-100 and Gpu power over 90,100W i had restart problem. I checked psu with multimeter 19.68V and DC signal was normal. I saw some orange point on solder points with Gpu inductors and some black marks.
I smashed thermal pads for good heat transfer and i bended the heatsink for good touching but when i m bending i bended Cpu part to. Desambled. When i try to start pc it shutdown until 2 seconds. If I press to cpu part when screwing this issue happening maybe some heatsink part shorting. If i screw it soft pc start normal but cpu temps rising like hell with prime95 test. idle is 40 C with max fan. I will find some copper shim for cpu 50mm x 50mm thickness 0.5mm-1mm. I m opened for any idea.
How can i find r22 inductors or other parts for 980M, and can i fix cpu issue with copper shims? Thanks in advanced.
    Sorry for my bad english.

I'd try and get the heatsink flat again, too much pressure can be bad.

Easiest way is probably taking some from a dead card (providing that component isn't the one which is fried). You can probably find them on eBay of Aliexpress if you search for the part number.

I wrote on google but couldnt find. Now i found this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/HPI1040-R22-2pcs-Inductor-wire-SMD-220nH-Ioper-35A-0-9m-Body-dim/293169922033?_trkparms=ispr=1&hash=item444249fff1:g:k7AAAOSwmE9b9n3m
is it okay for amparege or ohm?

    Type of inductor wire
    Mounting SMD
    Inductance 220nH
    Operating current 35A
    Resistance 0.9mΩ
    Body dimensions 10x10x3.8mm
    Tolerance ±20%
I guess i need something like datasheet of 980M.
I found easily these parts on aliexpress too you were right.
Could you check Gpu pictures what dou you suggest to change else of inductors sir?

Dead card salvage is your best bet. If you can match the R number on a similar package that's best. If not for balance reasons you may be best off matching them all.

I will buy these i guess:
http://www.ti.com/product/CSD87350Q5D but inductors is problem. Mr. Meaker what did you think about orange mark on solder points is it some kinda oxidation and if i use copper shim without thermal paste for Cpu will be okay?

If contact is poor you can use a shim and paste either side, but with the correct thermal pads that should not be needed.

I m thinking of this for Cpu ihs without thermal paste instead of thermal paste. if it s a good idea i will immediately buy some copper i dont want to give money to pastes all time except if it is liquid metal.

Paste fills in the gaps you can't see, you cant just mate two metal surfaces together and get good contact.

I understand now ordered mx4 4gr over 80C it is not pomping out like kyronaut and kyronaut for water cooling i guess. My kyronaut standed 1 year when i try oc and get over the 80C kyrout. My heatsink still bended when i push and screw cpu part and look contact is bad not smashing little used paste mountain.
