Currently, I have 4 16GB modules fitted, but for a few reasons, I want to move to 2 32 GB modules. I'm not sure which slots should be populated for maximum benefit. Can anyone advise? There's no guidance I can find on the board. CPU is a 9700K.

    1+2, 3+4, 1+4, 2+3.

Any of those combos is dual channel.

Ah, wonderful. Thank you. There's no difference between any of those in terms of behavior, I take it.

Depends how close you take it and your modules. I use 1+4.
