    Hi,

I have the odd problem that whenever I put my laptop to sleep (power saving) or similar, by for example closing the lid, it wont recover as it should when I start it again.
To be more precise it turns off into hibernation as it should after the set amount of time, though when I turn it on afterwards the first boot attempt always fails and the system shuts down or freezes, forcing me to start it again or hard reset it. Note here that it usually just shows me thos Premamod Bios logo, never getting to the loading circle effect. Also not that extremly rarely instead of doing nothing or beeing freezed it automatically restarts. Either way I always end up with a freshly (cold) started Windows system and not one that woke up!
I have yet not found out the reason/s for this extremly annoying bug, but hopefully you can help?

    Kind regards
    Logan

Are you running any non stock settings? Are you on the latest firmware?

Hey, every hardware is on stock settings, nothing OCed, every driver is up to date, Windows as well though it is still on1809. Also Control Center is not installed, so there should be no issues related to this * software. Instead I am using the tools made by obsidian atm. And besides enabling UEFI I didn't do much else in the bios.

Try 1903 and the latest firmware.

Hi, sorry for the late reply got a nasty cold.

Anyways I did as you suggested but this only caused more issues.
Now I have a variant of bluescreens, sometimes even when cold starting the device, some driver have issues (TouchPad for example), the sleep when the lid is closed sometimes won't work and odly I can't enter the safety mode of windows anymore. It always tells me that my password is wrong. I even changed it and tried again and reloged my account.

Also Windows 10 forbids me to go back to 1809, the option is just not there.

Stock clocks and voltages for cpu/memory etc.

Ah that, yes everything is still on stock (was too distracted yesterday to get it ^^). Though when the laptop is running i tried out the other default profiles of the Obsidian Control Center and with those active the pc is running smoothly aswell.
I think it either has to do with a driver or with Windows 10 1903 itself. Or maybe some of the hardware is no longer fully supported?

Oh and when the PC is running it does so smoothly, unless i set it to sleep, hibernation or whatever. Just the normal restart usually works. And the BSOD errors I get vary from BAD_POOL_HEADER, RQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA to SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. So totally general and not really helping stuff, but when it helps I can upload the eventlogs.

That does point more towards memory not waking properly. See if running a single stick of ram makes a difference.

Hey, today I finally found the time to do a full RAM test with all 4 sticks, which crashed roughly after 27%, forcing me to do a hard reset.
And after that I took out 3 sticks, just left the one in slot 1 and well so far I had no bluescreen errors when I started the Laptop from hibernation or sleep.

So my question is how to solve this RAM issue? I certenly do want to keep using my full 32Gb set.
Btw it is Corsair Vengeance DDR3L CMSX16GX3M2B1600C9.

Edit: just tested each stick with the Windows RAM test and had no errors or what so at all! But keep in mind that I have the Prema Bios Mod and his Vbios mod installed. Not sure if I have all the correct drivers, it is hard to find them because those given by Clevo are or Schenker are from 2015.

You could try slightly looser timings.
