I am posting this on behalf of @Mikle39 who is a new EVOC P775DM3 owner as I can better explain in English the details,,,just reached out to me that he has a problem when he plays ANY game after a few seconds...

I logged in to his system, ran AIDA64, temps are fine below 80

Fire Strike runs fine, only the games crash with that error

what do you think is the issue here?

he first he solved the first error by increasing his page file, he has 16GB RAM so he set the page file to 4GB

but now he gets that 2nd error you see in the 2nd screenshot

Just curious, what all have you done for troubleshooting so far? What graphics card configuration is in the system as well?

Check if there is any overclock on the GPU. If so reset that to stock.
    And update DirectX.
After that clean with DDU and update drivers to the desktop ones.

Also does this happen instantly ? Or after a little while ?
How much RAM does the system have ?

    @bloodhawk, in @Phoenix's OP, 16GB of RAM.

@Phoenix, just like bloodhawk says (and I hint at above) use DDU and figure out what drivers are installed on the system. Check with the game manufacturers and check to see if they have a list of known issues with those particular drivers being installed.

I'm sure about DOTA2 not having issues with any of the recent drivers.
DOTA2 isn't all that heavy, specially at 1440p. So it's odd that it's crashing.

Usually it takes an unstable OC or something on the GPU heating , to crash that game.

    no OC on the GPU

He can't use DDU since he's using a Microsoft Account to login, if he uses DDU it will lock him out in safe mode as the password and/or PIN won't work so I only installed the latest driver for him over the top

Weird. I'm using a Microsoft account as well . Both on my laptop and the desktop, and DDU never did that for me.

Ok I think we are getting somewhere now, seems like he downloaded the games through something called GOG not through Steam, and thus, the correct DirectX and Visual C++ components were not installed.

Once he is home, he will buy the game from Steam and run it to have it properly install all those components and see if it fixes his problems

GOG is a platform for DRM free games. Nothing wrong with it.
Just need to install the right drivers etc.

My copy of Witcher 3 is from GOG. Never had issues with it.

Digital Rights Management (has to do with copyright). Steam, Origin, uPlay - these are all digital distribution platforms offering DRM.

GOG is a platform that does not offer it.

Thanks for advise but this dont help

I use DDU two times, also install all VS redistributalles, most of them I have.

    Nothing helps.

Crushed all games, but not from the start.

Doom 2016 - first crush in 5 or 6 hours after start, next every 30 min. no mistake just back to win
Witcher 3 - first crush in 3 hours. no mistakes.
Dragons Dogma - about 10 hours until first crush
even Dota crush few times, but I played it 4 years on another laptop, and it never beem crushed.
Divinity Original Sin - crush to win with mistakes.

So all games which I test is crushed, temps is OK.
Also some times when I do alt-tab back to games its freeze for 2-3 sec with some mosaic on screen

Do you have any other suggestions? Or it is better to return laptop? I have yet time to do it

Some complement on the GPU is over heating. Probably because of improper thermal pad contact.
    Probably VRMs

@Mikle39 I would say return it, could be hardware fault.

Because firestrike doesn't build up the threshold heat in its short run time.
As per your tests it's happening after a while.
I would have the seller RMA it and run proper tests.
But it's and easy fix if you know your way around GPUs and heatsinks.
