Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has been able to run a 8700K in a P775DM3-G?
I heard it is possible to BIOS update but I am having trouble getting updated BIOS from my vendor. Is it possible to purchase compatible BIOS from someone?
Thanks.

It's possible with a "hacked BIOS" Intel is not officially supporting it and it requires pin modding the CPU so you are not going to get vendor support on it.

I can and you don't need to pay for me.Make sure you have SPI Programmer to recover from unfinished BIOS flash.Sometimes the BIOS must be flashed by programmer again.

Hi! As I understand you have modified BIOS for P775DM3-G that can run 8700K? Can you write down step by step all needed software and hardware modifications you make? (I have P775DM3-G based on 7700K (Z170), and want to change it to 8700K if this is possible)
