It only glitches when I start it and it either crashes and I have to reboot it or it refreshes after a while and then it's fine,I've tested the graphics card and it works.Does any of you have any clue what might cause this?

Undervolt with throttlestop the cpu at around -0.120mV and tune the gpu voltage curve with msi afterburner. Should get those temperatures down quite a bit

Are all the pads on the GPU the correct thickness?

That seems a lot like a faulty VRAM chip, thats the usual pattern when they are failing or overheating.

I would do a full teardown, clean the CPU contacts as well as the GPU MXM contacts and the RAM, just rub then with a napkin and some IPA.

That artifacting looks like a vram issue. I would check the heatsink to see whether there are any gaps between thermalpads and the copperplate. Take the heatsink and card outside the laptop, mount the heatsink on the card with the 4 screws and check contact by shinning a light through the sides.

Had this issue when I randomly turned on my PC. I forced shut down the PC. My display was blank though and then artifacts like popping/showing on W10 lockscreen. Ran DDU and wiped all GPU drivers and downloaded Latest DCH Intel and Nvidia.
