Hi, I would like to see if it is a problem with my hardware or some Windows process. I have a p775dm3g with i7 7700k, first ever worked with turbo up to 4.5ghz now it does not exceed 4.2ghz although in cpu-z gives me multiplier up to 45x someone knows what can be? Some Windows process? Just switched on the PC also works at 4.5ghz after a few minutes at max 4.190mhz

Try to put it under serious load and see if the frequendcy gets to around 4.4GHz (when using all cores) or 4.5GHz on one core. If so, you likely are running the Balanced Windows Power Plan, try to set it to High Performance instead and it shouldn't clock down anymore.
