    P870 LCD EDP 40pin Cable 6-43-P8701-020-1N ???

    Hello. I came across this cable
    6-43-P8701-020-1N
    while gathering info about upgrading the LCD panel. The service manual says the cable part number should be
    6-43-P8701-020-1L but the one I found looks like exactly like this one and it s sold for Clevo P870 notebooks. I'm not able to find any reference to it , anyone can help? Thank you in advance.

    The N is a 40 pin eDP IIRC.

    So long as it's 40 pin on one end for the display it will work with 40 pin displays.

    The cable works just fine. I m using it on a P870KM instead of the cable with p/n 6-43-P8701-020-1L shown in the service manual.
