Maybe someone can help me with this, any idea what might be causing the red statement below. All power management are basically disabled i.e c state, speed step & voltage optimization and running at ultimate power plan while power throttle is also disabled. It happens when I started a game but clock frequency for cpu & gpu remains constant and no throttle showing in osd. I don't know what to take from this...

If you do not notice any problems I would not give it too much thought.
In case of real time audio processing you might experience audio drops or whatever and experience too much latency.
Update your (audio)drivers and see if this helps.
Network activity is often a cause. Even if there is no active network some software still wants to visit the net which induces latency spikes.
It Can be a lot of things, check some audio sites for tips reducing latency or solving audio problems.

    Try switching to MSI mode.

That's the thing I don't notice any issue at all. This thing just bothered me since I play competitive gaming and I have done all possible optimization to my computer just to avoid any type of throttling ...

It seems that it's already in msi mode

I'll observe for a week then report back here...
