I already did that before start using it. anything more than 4.80ghz will get so hot.
I'm happy with the huge performance improvement for the 8086K @4.70Ghz 6 cores than my 7700k, at this speed with some undervolting the heat will be within acceptable range.

I need to test the Stock TM1 BIOS as well, as advised by respectable member.

Past that it does get sample specific, mine runs about -125mv at 5ghz with the tm cooler.

I think mine can run the same if I can change the cooler, so the question is: can I replace the KM1 cooler with the TM1 cooler? is it needs any mods?

Now I'm running at 4.80Ghs 1190v/-125, I succeed to render and gaming and the temps 81c max after 1 hour BF1.

The BIOS I'm using now is the Stock TM1 BIOS, all cores appears correctly, and no issues so far, except the G.Sync is not available. I don't use it anyway. Until I can find a good BIOS mod that I can depend on.

You need the TM models Cpu backplate. Because the screw mounting piece is shorter on P870Tm models. Fully disassembly. + cut the pipes from the Gpu grid going to Cpu grill.

The overall fit on height is a bit different so yes you need that back plate too.

Reach out to a local reseller might be your best bet.

    I'll try to contact him.

I have a conversation with him today, and I'll ask him about that,

We don't have any local resellers in the whole ME/Gulf region. Anything I need must be ordered from US, Europe or Chaina.

I don't bother with throttlestop at this sort of frequency and I based the power settings off of Johnksss if you notice power throttling.

Okay, but the stock BIOS force the cash to be at the 40x and it should be -3 from the preferred speed, there is no option to set the cash ratio to be 47x for the 5.0Ghz for example. Or just keep the cash at 40x?

Do you know where I can buy the TM1 CPU heatsink and backplate?

IIRC that ratio was hard linked in the 7xxx and 8xxx series.

@52571abc could you tell me what kind of bugs does your modded version of bios have?

So far i can see that only 4 cores visible in BIOS - and also no function to overclock processor in BIOS. Anything else? Please could you provide any additional information :) I would really like to give it a shot since there is g-sync :)

I would not expect thorough documentation from a project like this.

Documentation is big word :) i was thinking more about some known bugs. If they won't be that bad than i think it's worthy to give it a shot.

Finally I got all parts I need from sagernotebook.com , special thanks to Eng. @Meaker@Sager for his kind support. And thanks for all great and professional sales team. It was not expected to find the best prices for all parts with sagernotebook.com.
They mad an exception for me coz my laptop is from HID not from them, and they allow me to buy and gives me all the services I need, this is so kind from them.

The original reseller of the machine is the normal first step for support.

You will loose g-sync, that's normal. You did it right the first time.

If you want to use bios for 8th/9th gen and keep g-sync than you need to get screen from p870TM that is supporthing g-sync.

All this bioses are just modified TM's bios to work on KM's machine.
